Brigham Young University. College of Physical Education
After its establishment in 1960, the College of Physical Education quickly made phenomenal strides regarding modern physical facilities and academic enrollment. The George Albert Smith Fieldhouse, completed in 1951, was of exceptional quality for similar buildings of its time. The following individuals served as supervisors or deans: Milton F. Hartvigsen (1960-1975), Clayne R. Jensen (1975-1991), Della M. Brown (1991-1992), Elmo S. Roundy (1992-1995), and Robert K. Conlee (1995-1998).
