Functions
The School of Communications provides instruction and services aimed at preparing university students for careers in mass media communication. It offers one bachelor degree program with emphases in Advertising, Communications Studies, Journalism and Public Relations. It also offers a Master’s degree in Mass Communications. In addition to coursework, the school operates an advertising lab (AdLab),a digital marketing lab (Y Digital), and news publication programs (Universe and Newsline).
Assets and Administrative Structure
The school is administered by a director, who reports to the dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communications. The director supervises the work of the various lab programs operated by the school.
