Public Affairs and Guest Relations was organized in 1997 under the direction of Ronald Clark. The main purpose of Public Affairs and Guest Relations is to facilitate all guest of the university. Director of Public Affairs and Guest Relations has been Ronald Clark (1997-).

Functions

The current function of Public Affairs and Guest Relations is to help coordinate campus tours for guests, organize special events and functions with VIP guests from church, government and foreign leaders. Public Affairs and Guest Relations is the unit that helps create a good name for BYU outside of campus grounds.
