Under Executive Director Kelly C. McDonald, the University Computing Services were reorganized into the Information Technology Services in 2000. McDonald continued to serve as the executive director until 2003. In 2003, the depart was once again reorganized, this time as the Office of Information Technology. McDonald was asked to serve as the Associate Information Technology Vice President of the new department.
