Brigham Young University. Safety
Safety was a division created within Risk Management and Safety in Human Resource Services in 1993. It became Health and Safety in 2007. The Campus Safety Office was a precursor to Safety. Safety Directors included: Fred Nelson (1993-2003), Jeff Spencer (2003-2006), and Mike Bledsoe (2006-2007).

Safety was in charge of several divisions and had several people on its staff: Environmental Safety, Fire Marshal, Industrial Hygienist, Radiation Safety, and Training. Safety worked with employees, departments, and the University to ensure safety.
