Brigham Young University. Dining Services

Previously known as Food Services, Dining Services was established in 1993. Dining Services provides food for faculty, students, and visitors throughout various cafeterias, snack bars, eateries, and vending services on campus. Directors include: Samuel Brooks (1993-2002) and Dean A. Wright (2002- ).

Functions

The mission of Brigham Young University Dining Services is to nourish the campus community in a spirit of hospitality which supports learning, enhances community and builds character.

Assets and Administrative Structure

The Director of Dining Services reports to the Assistant Vice President within the department of Student Auxiliary Services. Dining Services contains Legends Grille, Skyroom Restaurant, Cougareat Food Court, Museum Cafe, Marketplace Cafe, Morris Center and Cannon Center cafeterias, Creamery, Creamery on Ninth, Take-Out Catering, BYU Catering, BYU Concessions, and vending.
