The Marriott School of Management. Dept. of Organizational Leadership and Strategy changed its name to the Department of Management by the Marriott School of Business in 2017. Department chairmen included: W. Gibb Dyer, Jr. (1997-2001), Michael Thompson (2001-2006), and William Gerard Sanders (2006-).

The Department of Management included courses on: organizational effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, human resource management, organizational development and change, managerial leadership development, business ethics, talent management, compensation, benefits, and performance management, and managing global human capital.
