Robert M. Atkinson (1993-1995), Col. Maurice L. Stocks (1995-1999), Col. Frank W. Clawson (1999-2003), Col. Roger D. Maher (2002-2004), Col. Lawrence Kingsley (2004-2007), and Col. Gordon J. Jacobs (2007- ). In 2017, the Marriott School of Management, which this department is under, changed its name to the Marriott School of Business.

Functions
The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps was designed to provide students with opportunity to become Air Force officers while completing requirements for an undergraduate or graduate degree. A four-year program or a two-year program is available for both men and women. Coursework included classes on U.S. Air Force organization and strategic forces, aerospace defense, general purpose, and management and leadership.
