The LDS Business College was annexed in 1952 as a branch of Brigham Young University. It was under the direction of Kenneth S. Bennion for its duration at Brigham Young University. It was released from the University in 1957.

The LDS Business College operated as a branch to Brigham Young University, offering courses in: Secretarial, Executive Secretarial, Junior Accounting, and Higher Accounting. All of these were valid for credit at the University. In addition, non-credit courses were also offered.
