Jacobsen Center for Service and Learning

The Jacobsen Center for Service and Learning was established in 2001 following the renaming of the Center for Service and Learning. The director of the center was Jonathon K. Kau from 2001-2004. It was subsequently renamed back to Center for Service and Learning.

Functions

The Jacobsen Center offers the following programs: volunteer service, course-related service, service internships, and international service programs.

The center is administered by a director. The center coordinates with a variety of offices and departments on campus including: the Office of Academic Internships, the David M. Kennedy Center, the Faculty Center, BYUSA, and local LDS wards and stakes.
