The Ira A. Fulton College of Engineering and Technology was established with the purpose to to train and prepare students as craftsman, technicians, technologists, and engineers to enable them to work together to solve problems and challenging needs in the world.

Fulton College of Engineering and Technology has been the administering body for the following departments and school: Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and School of Technology.
