The Library Learning Resources Division (1976-1978) was an attempt to organize all multimedia services provided by the library under one administrative unit.

The Library Learning Resources Division (1976-1978) was an attempt to organize all multimedia services provided by the library under one administrative unit. The division only lasted two years because control of LRCs, the major repository of multimedia resources, was transferred in July 1978 to the McKay Center. The division was headed by Ted C. Hindmarsh during slightly less than two years.
