The David O. McKay School of Education Student Services is designed to centrally locate a variety of programs for the purpose of better servicing students needs. It assists students with questions and problems related to general education, major requirements, graduation requirements, and teacher certification. Student Services also processes all elementary education, special education, and secondary education teacher licensing recommendations to the State of Utah.

Student Services consists of on-staff advisors and peer advisors who are under the direction of a supervisor. The supervisor of Student Services reports to the dean of the David O. McKay School of Education.
