David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies. International Relations Programs

In 2003 the International Relations Program was re instituted by the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies following the discontinuance of the International Studies Program. Both Raymond V. Christensen (2003-2005), and Darren G. Hawkins (2005- ) both served as program coordinators.

Functions

The International Relations Program is an interdisciplinary major emphasizing the systematic study of political and economic relations between governments and people in different states, as well as comparisons across different political and economic systems. Courses also focused on historical and geographical basis for current international relationships.
