The World Family Policy Center (WFPC) was formed as a branch of the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1999. This organization expounded upon the speech given by Richard Wilkins, the WFPC's founder, at a United Nations conference in Istanbul, Turkey in 1996. The primary goals of the WFPC were designed to strengthen the family as the basic unit of society and to guide the United Nations in moral lawmaking practices.

Functions
