The University Traffic and Safety Committee studied ways and means of improving parking and the movement of vehicular traffic on the campus. It also concerned itself with policy questions concerning all phases of campus safety. This committee was also commissioned to maintain the security of the BYU campus in case of disturbances from groups outside.
