Brigham Young University. University Standards Committee

The University Standards Committee was created in 1956 to work with the student run Honor Council. It was a precursor to the University Standards office, which it later operated under. In 1957, due to its similar function, the Faculty Committee on Honor Council was combined with this organization. Its first chairman was Selby Clark and he was followed by Reed H. Bradford who served for 7 years as its chairman. After Bradford, the know committee chairmen were Paul Felt, Robert J. Howell, Blaine R. Porter and Carl D. Jones, each of whom served for one year each.
