Brigham Young University. Statistical Laboratory

In 1979, Statistical Services dissolved, becoming the Statistical Laboratory. As the Statistical Laboratory, it no longer was directly tied to the Mathematics Department, Computer Research Centers and the Testing Division, but became solely a part of the Statistics Department. In 1980, its name changed to Center for Statistical and Computing Research. It was possibly coordinated solely by Leland J. Hendrix during its one year existence.
