The Personnel Committee was created in April 1960. Members consisted of the Administrative staff of the University. The director of Placement chaired the committee. They clarified personnel policies, established policies (like wage minimums), and submitted new ideas to the President's Office. Its known chairmen included B. Keith Duffin, Ben E. Lewis, and Robert J. Smith.
