Functions
The function of Space Management is the same as its earlier unit, Space Utilization: to effectively manage the university's space resources for campus functions and church use, by identifying and allocating space to campus and church units for a specific function or purpose; assist in planning for the future facility needs of the university and BYU stakes and wards; insuring optimum use of the university's space resources; and act as a facilitator in the use and occupancy of space. Space Management coordinates building use for both academic and church purposes.
