Brigham Young University. Radio and Television Committee

The Radio and Television Committee was in charge of overseeing all university radio and television programs. All such programs had to be approved by the committee before being released. Also, the committee could advise the university in use of radio and television facilities. Chairmen of this committee include J.H. Ludlow (1953-1954), Harold I. Hansen (1954-1958), and Tess M. Williams (1963).

Functions

All radio and TV programs produced by the University or any of the staff had to first be cleared with this committee. Also, the Radio and Television Committee recommended use of radio and TV facilities by the University to supervise the University Radio station.
