The Pre-Medical Committee was organized to aid students as they prepare to enter medical and other professional schools. This committee gave evaluations of individual students to gauge their chance of being accepted to a professional school and also advised student on how best to prepare for such a school. The chairman of this committee was Don D. Bloxham (1980-1984).

Functions
The Pre-Medical Committee sought to provide necessary counseling on pre-medical programs and to advise students on their current attitudes of professional schools on the acceptability of various preparatory programs. This committee also provided necessary evaluation of a student in order to optimize his chance of acceptance at a professional school. They also aimed to provide pertinent information concerning students to medical school for admittance and they maintained a panel of representatives to conduct panel interviews with students.
