Functions
The Personal Development Center promoted the personal growth of individuals within society and within the University community. The center provided services in the areas of individual and group counseling, skills development, testing, and educational, vocational, personal, and social information.

The center was under the administrative direction of a center director who reported to the assistant dean of Student Services.
