The Office of Performance Scheduling was created in 1978 after the Program Bureau was reorganized. It arranged tours for various performing groups. The Office of Performance Scheduling became Performing Arts Management in 1994. Directors for the Office of Performance Scheduling included Edward L. Blaser (1978-1994).
