Functions
Institutional Assessment and Analysis provides data collection services and consultation to improve the experience of students by helping BYU leaders identify and address gaps between stated goals and reported outcomes. It also collects and analyzes data and conducts periodic reviews of academic units and educational support units.

Institutional Assessment and Analysis functions under the Director of the Office of Planning and Assessment and also reports to the Academic Vice President--currently Mike Orme.
