Functions
Employee Relations/Equal Employment Office provides a confidential setting to students and all University personnel who may have questions or concerns about employment at Brigham Young University, including problems affecting performance and relationships between employees and/or management.
Assets and Administrative Structure
Employee Relations/Equal Employment Office was organized under the direction of the Assistant Administrative Vice President of Human Resource Services. It was run by a Managing Director. It ran the Employee Relations, Equal Employment, and Retirement Services offices. In 2007, Benefits Services, or Employee Benefits functioned under this office until 2008, under the direction of R. Berrey Parker.
