The Department of Human Development and Family Relationships was a part of the College of Family Living beginning in 1955. During the years of 1964 to 1966, this department was under the department of Family Life Education. Marion C. Pfund (1955-1956) and Blaine M. Porter (1956-1966) served as chairmen.
