The Dept. of Home Economics includes classes of: foods; preparation of foods; advanced cookery; serving; dietetics; study of cotton textiles; study of wool and silk textiles; application of line and color; elementary dressmaking; art needlecraft; art needlework; Roman cutwork and Hedebo; colored embroidery; fine sewing; sheer waists, negligees, children's fine white dresses; summer dresses; advanced dressmaking; practical dressmaking; spring coats and dresses; shop work; and textiles.
