The Department of Evening Classes was established in 1966 and was part of the Division of Continuing Education. Those who served as directors of the department were: Ilene Webb (1966-1970), Frank Santiago (1970-1981), Keith L. Smith (1981-1983), Kenneth W. Anderson (1983-1994), Ralph V. Larson (1994-2007), and Scott L. Howell (2008- ).
