The Department of Church Continuing Education--North was established in 1983 and was part of the Division of Continuing Education. Milton L. Sharp served as chairman of the department from 1983 to 1984.

Functions
Provides programs for the northern US and central Utah, thereby sharing the spirit of Church continuing education with these locations. Four primary programs are offered: Know Your Religion Series, Know Your Religion Lecture Tours, Women’s Enrichment Seminars, and Education Weeks and Days.

Department of Church Continuing Education--North is under the direction of a chairman who reports to the dean of the Division of Continuing Education.
