Brigham Young University. Dept. of Band and Orchestra

In 1908, the School of Music officially created several departments within the school, including the Department of Band and Orchestra. In 1909, the School of Music was absorbed by the High School and was renamed the Department of Music. The Department of Band and Orchestra became a section of classes within the new Department of Music.
