Brigham Young University. Dept. of Accounting and Business Administration

In 1922, Brigham Young University created the College of Commerce and Business Administration out of the Department of Commerce and Business Administration within the College of Arts and Sciences. The Department of Accounting and Business Administration was one of five departments created within it. Department chairmen included Harrison Val Hoyt (1930), Herald R. Clark (1931-1935) and Harrison Val Hoyt (1936-1951).
