Functions

The Compensation Department for the University deals with ensuring salary and job description are fair within expectations and to comparative jobs. Annually, salaries are reviewed and increases are awarded based on job performance and the amount of funds appropriated to the university for that purpose. This office also deals with requests for compensation for overtime and for professionally-related services rendered outside of regular assignments to Administration, Staff, and Students.
