Brigham Young University. Collegewide Graduate Language Acquisition Program

In 1983 the College of Humanities created the Collegewide graduate Language Acquisition Program. Charles Ray Graham served as the Language Acquisition coordinator from 1983-1984. Robert A. Russell succeeded him beginning in 1984. Steven Sondrup served as the coordinator of the Literature program from 1984 to 1986. Following 1986 little information exists on program chairmen. The program is still operating today.

Assets and Administrative Structure

The Collegewide graduate Language Acquisition Program generally had split administrative capacities with the Language Acquisition coordinator and the Literature coordinator. The program is under the direction of the college dean.
