Brigham Young University. College of Health and Human Performance
The College of Health and Human Performance was established in 1998 when the College of Physical Education was reorganized and abolished. It is a college which promotes active and vigorous living, leadership of youth, and wholesome use of time. Robert K. Conlee (1998-2005) and Sara Lee Gibb (2005-2009) have served as deans. In 2009 the college was disbanded and its departments distributed to other colleges in the university.

Functions
The College of Health and Human Performance seeks to serve students and faculty, extend university programs to the public, and prepare professional leaders. Sponsored by the college are a variety of physical education activity courses, an extensive health education program, youth and recreational services, intramural and extramural activities and additional related programs.
