Functions

The College of Engineering and Technology was originally organized to train and prepare students as craftsman, technicians, technologists, and engineers to enable them to work together to solve problems and challenging needs in the world.

Assets and Administrative Structure

The College of Engineering and Technology was the administering body for the following departments and school: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Education, Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Technology, Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Technology, Technology Education and Construction Management, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and the School of Technology. The college was administered by a dean under the direction of the president of the university.
