Functions
The function of the Capital Needs/Utilities Analysis department includes a part, Capital Needs Analysis, which is owned by the Church Educational System of the LDS Church and not by BYU. The other part is Utilities Analysis which makes an evaluation of Brigham Young University's campus utilities and brings the data back to the department.
Assets and Administrative Structure
Capital Needs/Utilities Analysis is technically owned by CES but has grown more closely associated with the Physical Facilities Division at BYU over recent years.
