Technically that has not changed, but because of its fusion with Utilities Analysis, it has been recorded here. CNA itself has existed since 1990. The function of the Capital Needs/Utilities Analysis department includes a part, Capital Needs Analysis, which is owned by the Church Educational System of the LDS Church and not by BYU. The other part, Utilities Analysis, makes an evaluation of Brigham Young University's campus utilities and brings the data back to the department, reporting to the Physical Facilities Division.
