The Office of Admissions and Records is a service office for all Brigham Young University students from the time of their first inquiry about the university. The Admissions and Records Office is also a service agency for faculty members, parents, the university administration and the various agencies which are eligible to receive information from the records of students. The total responsibility of the office is divided into eleven functional areas under the general supervision of the Dean of Admissions and Records. These include the Admissions Adviser Program, High School & Junior College Relations, Financial Aids, Admissions Office, Registrar, Evaluation—Transfer and Graduation, Data Collection and Analysis, Microfilm Services, Academic Advisement, and Educational Information and Guidance Center (a cooperating relationship).
