In 1920 the Credits Committee And the Admission and Graduation Committee were combined to form the Admission and Credits Committee. The chairmen of this committee included Carl Eyring (1920-1922), L. John Nuttall (1922-1924), Elmer Miller (1924-1925), M. O. Hayes (1925-1929), and J. E. Hayes (1929-1952).

Functions

The function of the Admission and Credits Committee was to help set University policy regarding class credits and admission requirements.

Assets and Administrative Structure

This committee was headed by a chairman. Starting in 1945 the chairman became a member of the Special Services, which reported to the Dean of Students. Special Services was abolished in 1955.
