The Administrative Council was created in 1920 and only existed for George H. Brimhall's last school year as University President. The Council was headed by Brimhall (1920-1921), and consisted of Amos N. Merrill (1920-1921), Martin P. Henderson (1920-1921), Christen Jensen (1920-1921), Eugene L.
