The Inter-Organizational Council had jurisdiction in matters governing student organizations.

Assets and Administrative Structure

All recognized student organizations were members of the Inter-Organizational Council with the presidents of each organization serving as the representative. Eight councils oversaw each genre of organization, including Departmental, Geographical, Honorary, Religious, Service, Social, Musical, and Sports councils, each with its own president and secretary. Four committees—Auditing, Central Rush, Planning, and Publicity—managed the organization. The officers were the president, vice-president, and secretary, elected by the IOC. The secretary was assisted by six council secretaries. The president was assisted by an administrative assistant, their secretarial staff, and special representative of the president. The president works on the same level as a judicial court system (with its inferior courts as necessary) and an executive assistant in those matters.
