The Department of Organizational Behavior included classes on organizational behavior and administration, management philosophy and style, organizational communication, industrial democracy, dynamics of interpersonal behavior, diagnosing human resources and communication systems, diversity and discrimination in organizations, organizational theory, career development, managing organization cultures, and research design and data analyses.
