Brigham Young University. Pre-Med, Pre-Dental and Pre-Vet Committee
The Pre-Med, Pre-Dental and Pre-Vet Committee was designed to advise students on how to prepare for and exceed in those careers. In 1963, the Pre-Vet subcommittee was abolished and a pre-law subcommittee was added. Chairmen of this committee include C. Lynn Hayward (1954-1955), A. Lester Allen (1956-1963). This committee was renamed the Pre-Professional Committee in 1963.

The Pre-Med, Pre-Dental, and Pre-Vet Committee served as and advisory committee for all students going into the medical, dental, and veterinarian fields. This committee also wrote recommendation letters for these students.
