Functions

The Campus Access Committee was organized to assist in determining the rules and procedures for banning individuals from campus. With those procedures they would then judge which individuals should be banned from campus. After 1981, the Committee heard and decided appeals from individuals who had been banned from campus.

Assets and Administrative Structure

The members of the Campus Access Committee were appointed by and responsible to the University President. The Vice-President and General Counsel and later the Assistant to the President - General Counsel served as its chairman.
