Brigham Young University. Coordinating and Scheduling of Extra-Curricular Events

In 1952 the Schedule of Events Committee was renamed the Coordinating and Scheduling of Extra-Curricular Events. Wesley P. Lloyd acted as its chairman. Around 1963 this was renamed the Scheduling Committee.

This Committee was in charge of scheduling extra-curricular activities and events on campus.

Along with the Dean of Students, who acted as the chairman, there were other administrative heads who were members of this Committee. Among these were the Coordinator of Student Affairs, the chairman of Alumni and Public Service, the Director of Athletics, the Director of News Service and the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds.
