This Committee was organized to provide liaison with the BYU Alumni Board of Directors and to make recommendations to the University president regarding policies and programs and programs for the Alumni Association

The members of the Alumni Committee were appointed by and responsible to the University President. The Chairman was the Executive Vice-President.
